The Better Sleep Council reports that one in four couples would sleep better if their partner were not sharing their bed. According to a survey done by Minneapolis-based bed manufacturer Select Comfort, nine out of 10 couples aren’t comfortable on the same mattress.

     “Most couples do not realize that their mattress could be preventing them from sleeping well because it is too firm or too soft for one of the individuals,” says Dr. Gary Zammit of the Sleep Disorders Institute at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. “And when they are fighting over the covers and trying to sleep on a pillow that someone else chose for them, nights can be very long.”

     Sometimes I just think that it is very boring to live in the dormitory.There are 5 other students in our room.So it is very crowded when we are all in the room.But that is not the worst thing.You know we all have many personal things.For example,Jay,who is a fan of computer ,owns a large computer.I mean that he does not use the laptop computer.Of course,using laptop computer will save us a lot of space!
