     A magazine for the mom to be. There are many pregnancy magazines and parenting magazines to choose from; give your wife a gift subscription to one of these publications.

     The gift of information. Your wife might like some pregnancy books or baby books to peruse during the course of her pregnancy. Another option is to give her a guided journal that will help her record her pregnancy.
